National Taco Day is Sunday, October 4th, and we're paying tribute to one of our favorite dishes all weekend long in celebration. Each of our culinary teams at each location has prepared their very own taco special that will run only from Friday, October 2nd - Sunday, October 4th, available both for dine-in and To Go on our website!
This year, we're proud to be donating $1 of every taco purchased to the the Restaurant Workers' Community Foundation, a COVID-19 relief fund for service-industry employees.
Here is what each location is serving:
Ballard: Grilled Portobello Tacos - Grilled portobello mushrooms, arugula, roasted corn, pico de gallo, cashew gochujang crema, green onion, flour tortillas
Boise: Chipotle Orange Chicken Tacos - Chipotle chicken, agave slaw, orange salsa, garlic crema, Tajin, flour tortillas
Denver: BBQ Brisket Tacos - Modelo Negra beer-braised brisket, chipotle BBQ sauce, creamy slaw, fried onions, flour tortillas
East Portland: Mole Tacos - Choice of pulled chicken or pork, scratch-made mole sauce, avocado, pico de gallo, cotija, radish, flour tortillas
Meridian: Puerco Pibil Tacos - Pork pibil (traditional, slow-roasted pork from the Yucatàn Peninsula), pineapple jalapeño salsa, garlic crema, cotija, cilantro, flour tortillas
NW Portland: Drunken Tacos - Modelo Negra beer-braised chicken, pineapple tequila pico de gallo, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese, flour tortilla and a hard corn shell
Redmond: Chicken Vindaloo Tacos - Chicken and potato vindaloo, house-made raita and mint cucumber pico, flour tortillas
Tacoma: Falafel Tacos - House-made falafel, cilantro lime sour cream, chipotle salt, shredded romaine, tahini sauce, pico de gallo, cucumber, cotija, flour tortillas
West Seattle: Shrimp a la Diabla Tacos - Fried shrimp tossed with Diablo sauce, pickled slaw, cilantro chimichurri, queso fresco, house-made corn tortilla
