Joven & Cristalino
100% agave Jovens are blancos blended with small amounts of aged expressionsso that the intense agave notes found in a blanco are balanced by the deeper notes of an aged tequila. Cristalinos are aged tequilas that have been filtered to remove colors and heavier wood notes that come from barrel-aging, resulting in a tequila with the complexity and concentration of an añejo but with the bright notes and light color of a blanco.

Mezcal
Made from a variety of different agaves and usually produced by fire-roasting piñas in underground pits, giving mezcals the smokiness they are known for. Mezcals are an older and more traditional form of agave spirit and tend to have stronger, more intense flavor profiles than tequilas.
Approachable
For the beginners. Espadín and other milder agaves produce mezcals with gentle charred agave sweetness, moderate citrus, tropical fruit, burnt hardwoods, and earth.
Advanced
For the curious. Wild-harvested agaves and single village bottlings have very unique flavor profiles and strongly express their terroir, producing varied notes of vegetation, earth, mineral, fruits, citrus, spice, and herbs.
Exotic
For the bold. Rare agaves and ancestral production techniques produce incredibly complex mezcals with a wide array of pungent aromas and intense flavors.
